Every school is being asked.
Yours can have an answer.

Growthway helps Canadian K–12 schools build practical AI literacy, parent confidence, faculty readiness, and policy clarity — without hype, fear, or one-size-fits-all answers. Built for Canadian education, with a special focus on Ontario's independent school community.

Most schools start with a parent night.

From Grade 4 through Grade 12, students are already encountering AI. Growthway helps schools decide what should change, what should stay human, and what needs a clearer rule.

> Who this is for

Built for schools where AI has become a leadership question.

Growthway is a fit if your school is hearing AI questions from parents, seeing uneven classroom use, reviewing academic integrity policies, or preparing for a board-level conversation.

> The Growthway Four-Pillar AI Framework

The four conversations every AI-ready school needs.

Parents need confidence. Teachers need practical classroom judgment. Boards need governance. Students need clear expectations. Growthway helps schools run each conversation properly — and connect them into one coherent AI plan.

For your community

Parent Night: AI, demystified

A 60-minute interactive evening where parents don't watch slides about AI — they use it. Live demos, myth-busting, and a personalized take-home conversation guide generated for each family on the spot. The session URL stays live for your community afterward.

Best first step for most schools
For your faculty

Faculty PD: teaching in the AI era

A hands-on PD session where teachers see exactly how students use AI on their actual assignments — then redesign them together. Practical, judgment-free, and built around your school's subjects and grade levels, not generic examples.

Half-day or PD-day format
For your leadership

Policy & strategy advisory

Your board is going to ask. I work with heads of school to draft an acceptable-use policy, a parent communication plan, and a 12-month AI roadmap that matches the school's ethos — restrictive, cautious, or ambitious. Ongoing advisory keeps it current: quarterly faculty briefings on what's changed, policy updates, and a direct line when something new lands.

Student AI Audit: the ground truth

An anonymous, friction-free digital survey and focus group framework that surfaces how your students actually engage with AI — the helpful uses, the grey areas, and where they want clearer guidance. You receive a boardroom-ready insights report that makes your policy reflect reality, not assumptions.

Designed first for Grades 11–12, with age-appropriate versions available for middle school and upper elementary contexts. All student-facing work is scoped with school leadership in advance, with privacy, consent, and data expectations built into the process.

> What schools leave with

Usable assets, not just interesting conversations.

Every Growthway engagement is designed to produce something your school can use immediately — and keep using.

> Parent Night
A shared family language around AI

A live session URL that stays active for your community, plus a personalized conversation guide generated for every family in the room.

> Faculty PD
Redesigned assignments, ready to use

Every teacher leaves with at least one real assignment redesigned — both AI-resistant and AI-productive paths — plus a shared classroom framework.

> Policy Advisory
A draft you can table immediately

Board-ready acceptable-use policy, parent communication letter, and a 12-month AI roadmap — matched to your school's values and stance.

> Student Audit
Ground truth for your board

A written insights report on how your students actually use AI — the data that turns guesswork into policy grounded in your school's reality.

> How I work

Grounded, not breathless

No fear-mongering, no hype

Parents and teachers have heard both extremes. The honest middle — what AI actually does well, where it fails, and what that means for a 10-year-old — is more useful and more credible.

Built for your school, not a template

Involved parents, values-driven programs, and boards that move fast — independent schools especially. Your AI approach shouldn't be a public-system policy with the logo swapped.

Everything is hands-on

Nobody leaves a Growthway session having only listened. Parents use AI. Teachers redesign a real assignment. Leaders walk out with a draft document, not a list of considerations.

You keep the assets

Sessions leave behind live tools your community can revisit — a parent resource URL, redesigned assignments, a working policy draft. A talk fades; a resource keeps working.

Matt, founder of Growthway
> About

Hi, I'm Matt.

I work at the intersection of education and the future of work. By day, I build partnerships across Canada's entrepreneurship and skills-education ecosystem — with post-secondary institutions, industry, and government — helping young Canadians prepare for an economy that keeps changing under their feet.

AI is the biggest change of all, and I watched schools get caught between two bad options: ban it and fall behind, or wave it through and hope. Growthway exists to give independent schools a third option — a confident, values-aligned plan, built hands-on with the people it affects.

I'm based in the Barrie / Simcoe County area and work with schools across Ontario's independent school community.

Before your school writes another AI policy,
have the right conversation.

Tell me where your school is, what parents are asking, and what teachers are seeing. I'll tell you honestly where I'd start. The first conversation is free — so is the second opinion.
